• Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund

• Online purchases can be returned only by mail 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Please allow 12-15 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.

• Any products not purchased directly through Movera Hawaii LLC, Nani Island  cannot be returned or exchanged through Movera Hawaii LLC, Nani  Island

• All Gift Cards are a final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash
